Hope
This week the world celebrates Christmas and as we know it means so many different things to people. For some it’s a celebration of the birth of Christ, for others a time of holiday, gifts, food and family get togethers. For some it’s a time to party and drink until one forgets the troubles of reality, while for some it’s a time to reflect and be hopefully for the new year ahead.
But for those of us who know it, there is one hope that’s greater than any other, a hope that is the solution to all our problems. It’s a hope not just for one time of the year but it’s hope we have always. It’s a hope of certainty and not just something we are unsure about. It’s a hope of eternal happiness where there are no worldly problems. A hope of no sadness, no pain, no death or debt. There will be no worries of tomorrow or uncertainty of life. We will be loved and know that we are and it will be enough.
This hope is available as soon as you are ready. It’s free and you can have it. I won’t lie, the path towards it is not always easy but we are assured that at the end of the road that eternal happiness and hope is there. A love so great we cannot yet comprehend.
God wants us
He wants to love us
He wants to give us happiness
He wants to give us peace
He wants to give us companionship
He wants to give us rest
And if we really know what a life without him means we would want this hope. We would run to it without a second thought.
Accept it today because the time of it being too late is unknown. It will be too late soon.

Greater love hath no man than this: than to lay down His life for His friends. John 15:13
Thank you for exhorting us with the blogs during the year.
May God continue to give you wisdom and favour.
This one feels urgent, a sense of desperation for people to grab this hope that so freely offered.
Bless you Vani.
