Regardless We Trust
Daniel 3:16-18
16 Shadrach, Meshach, and Abednego answered and said to the king, “O Nebuchadnezzar, we have no need to answer you in this matter. 17 If this be so, our God whom we serve is able to deliver us from the burning fiery furnace, and he will deliver us out of your hand, O king.[d] 18 But if not, be it known to you, O king, that we will not serve your gods or worship the golden image that you have set up.”
In Daniel chapter 3 King Nebuchadnezzar asked Shadrach, Meshach, and Abednego who would rescue them if they were thrown into the furnace of blazing fire. Their response above shows their confidence in God. It’s not confidence that God will rescue them, but it’s confidence in a God who they know will do what’s best for them. They know that he can rescue them, but they also know that it may be his plan not to rescue them. And even knowing this, they still trust in Him to the point that they choose death over betraying their God. What great faith, faith that we need to strive towards having.
So, let us say to our God: –
God, we trust in you, regardless of whether we get that healing, blessing or answer to our prayers. We know God that you will do what’s best for us, and so we trust in that, and we strive to smile through adversity because we know that you are with us in our furnace of fire.

Amen! Our God is awesome and He’s Sovereign: thus we can trust His Hand.
Blessings to you Vani!
Simply stated just as simple as Trusting our Lord with every aspect of our lives. He can be trusted. He must be trusted.
Thanks for the reminder Vani.
