We are in the light when we accept Jesus as our Lord and saviour, and He cleanses us from our sins. We are in the light when we follow Jesus and live according to His teachings. We choose daily to be in the light as we follow Jesus, love and fellowship with one another, and spend time with Him in his word and in prayer. The light is Jesus, and He shows us the way to life. The light is the Word, which teaches us and points us to Jesus continuously as we grow. So let us be in the light and emit that light to everyone around.
